And the Winner is....?

Thanks again, for voting for Shaden. We think.... he might have won! :) The website was crazy last night. It had so much traffic that for awhile, you couldn't even get on it. However, Bryan was able to get on it at the very last minute and see that Shaden was in first place!!!!! At midnight, the website closed so that no more votes could come in. Unfortunately, it also closed so that we couldn't see the status. (I think they are trying to give me gray hair!
Dave and Christy Ward (the photographer who entered Shaden in the contest) forwarded me an email this morning that they received. It stated that the 1st place winners will be notified within 72 hours! AAAAAAUUUGGGHHH! :) So, we will wait and see. If we are not notified by Tuesday, we didn't win! I'll keep you all updated!

One thing that Shaden did win was a special photo shoot last Wednesday night. Sandy Puc, the photographer putting on the whole contest was touring in Salt Lake City and invited Shaden (because he was in 1st place) and Makenna (because she was in 2nd place) to be models for a special photo shoot with some very prestigeous photographers. It was sooooo fun! Makenna is Shaden's best little buddy and so they were so excited to be there and they had so much fun. They got to wear costumes, dance and be silly! What more could a three-year-old ask for? Shaden got to dress up in rocker jeans, a black leather Harley jacket and a leather 'do-rag.' Makenna got to dress up as a fairy and a princess/very girly outfit! The photographer even thought that Stockton was a cutie and used him as a model too! Shaden had his moment in the spotlight, for sure! It felt like a movie. It was really cool! She will be sending us the pictures on a disc. I can't wait to share them!
